OUR SERVICES
Shelley Park provides for the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of adults with neurological injury and conditions, including people with challenging behaviours and long-term conditions. We offer a complete pathway of inpatient care with a choice of settings, from acute care and intensive rehabilitation within the main campus, to slow stream rehabilitation in a range of home environments.
Services are organised around individual care pathways which are determined on assessment and informed by regular clinical review. A person centred care plan is developed as part of a fully integrated service model that sees nursing care, rehabilitation and therapy services provided as a seamless service by our multi-disciplinary team.
